Family Market
For over 20 years, The Family Market (gently used clothing) has been serving the area of Tottenham and New Tecumseth. Our faithful volunteers have been busy in the store (located in the church basement) updating for the season.
There may be some restriction about numbers and masks are required. The bin, located at the north side of the church now is open. Please do not leave items outside the bin.

The bin located at the north side of the church is open for donations. The Family Market is now open on Saturdays from 9:30 to 12:30. Please do not leave your clothing outside the bin.
Family Market

On Saturday mornings from 9:30-12:30 the Family Market sells gently used second-hand clothing for the whole family, and small household items.
Since 1992, Market volunteers have given their time to provide low cost clothing and other goods to help stretch family budgets further, and then use the revenues from sales to support organizations that serve our community.
Our Donation bin is located at the North side of the Church building. Volunteers empty the bin daily, and sort through clothing to ensure only the best items are offered for sale. Thank you for your CLEAN donations in GOOD CONDITION.
Most items $1. Coats $2. Books free.

Roast Beef Supper

Our Roast Beef Suppers are both an important fundraiser for the mission and ministry of the Church, and a wonderful opportunity to share a meal with members of the wider community.
Join us for roast beef, biscuits & buns, potato, turnip, veggies, gravy, coffee, tea, juice, and a HUGE ASSORTMENT of pies.
We are grateful for your support, and hope you enjoy good food, served by an inter-generational team of Church members.

Dates for 2022 suppers have not been announced.

Hope for a better world

We are pleased and proud to be sponsors of an award for a member of the graduating class each year at Tottenham Public School. Beginning with the class of 2016, The "Hope for a Better World" Award for Public Speaking honours a student whose speech inspires hope, and invites action towards a better world. This is an opportunity for The Church of the Evangelists to recognize and celebrate Good News (evangelium) being shared in our community.
In the Community
We like to get out of our building, too.
Watch for us cleaning up our adopted section of the 5th Line,
at Tottenham Community Day,
and other opportunities to connect with the community of which we are a part.
